Members of the Nigerian Association of Small and Medium Enterprises Anambra State yesterday Thursday 10th of February elected a new set of Executives to pilot the affairs of the organization for the next three years.
Hon Chinemerem Oguegbe who emerged the State Chairman of the Association thanked the outgoing Executives and promised to continue on the paths of growth already set by them.
Chinemerem in his acceptance speech said that the only way to stabilize our ailing economy is to ensure that Small and Medium Scale Businesses are strengthened and supported towards creating jobs for the society.
He said that the new Executives will partner with Anambra State Government and other relevant stakeholders to ensure the growth of SMEs in the State.
Chinemerem promised that through capacity building, trainings and mentoring programs that NASME will build the capacity of Young Anambrarians to become business owners and employers of labour
In his farewell speech, the outgoing Chairman of NASME Anambra State Hon Theo Nnorom urged the new Executives to live up to the expectations of the organization and Anambrarians by ensuring that NASME continue to be in the fore front of SME development in Anambra.
