The Ag Commandant Nigerian Army School of Public Relations and Information Col MA Anka has delivered a lecture titled ” THE ROLES OF MEDIA IN MILITARY OPERATIONS ” to the students of Officers’ Long Course 25 of Nigerian Navy Ship Quorra ,Apapa Lagos.
The lecture was centred on information management, media and national security as well as crisis management. The Ag Comdt explicitly highlighted the roles of the media in military operations as well as it’s importance.
In his welcome remarks, the Trg Captian of the school, Navy Capt ME Ejumabone described the guest lecturer (Ag comdt) as a seasoned senior officer who has wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of Public Relations practice and management of information – also a friend of the school. He urged the students to make good use of the well packaged lecture; as it will go along way in enhancing their capacity as future commanders.
Climax of the session witnessed presentation of plaque by the Comdt of the sch Cdre MB Hassan.
