James Abiodun Faleke is one politician that stands out among his peers, when one looks back at his political career.
He has shown this by his words, and social bond he has with the people of his constituency as he again staged a mega empowerment at the popular Police College, Ikeja to ensure that millions of the less privileged people of his Ikeja federal constituency were given one tools or the other to banish poverty in their lives.
Having marked his 62nd birthday recently, the man of the moment rolled out another empowerment to his people, where thousands of people were handed another set of machinery to start a new life.
Nobody has been left out in terms of trying to uplift them from the shackle of poverty. His recent empowerment at the Police College will be the eight of such magnitude since the two- time and former chairman of Ojodu Local Council Development Area has done, while representing the people of Ikeja in the past 10 years as a member of the National Assembly.
Not only the political class were beneficiaries of his largesse but the community leaders, the old and young ones in the society were not left out as they went home with one good or the other.
People have never ceased to shower praises and offered prayers for Faleke’s representation. The representation some of them confessed that they have never had since 1999.
Faleke has been so passionate about his people, by bringing in new innovations to better the lots of his constituents and he is now referred as the champion of the voiceless without discriminating against all tribes that make up the constituency.
The Kogi State-born politician, has brought forward his selfless service to ikeja as a whole and he is the talking point from those who have drunk from his fountains of life through his philanthropic and generosity gestures.
He is no doubt a life changer for so many as his gestures has taken off the boys from the street with massive empowerment.
He has also made hundreds of women and men self-employed, driving hopelessness away from his constituency by giving them hope. Like one of the beneficiaries said God bless Hon. James Abiodun Faleke.
