Just days after the supreme court of Kenya ruled in favor of their opponents, Raila Odinga’s coalition Azimio la Umoja is set to go back to the apex court to seek for justice.
According to a post by the Standard digital, the Azimio team is organizing with their legal team to storm tho court once again to defend their coalition against their opponents of Kenya kwanza.
According to the sources, the Azimio coalition is now set to sue the Kenya kwanza for having taken some of their members who had signed a contract with the and hence still belong to their coalition.
Among the parties that have left Azimio coalition to the Kenya kwanza camp are the UDM and the MDG. Among other parties which are still recognized as members of the Azimio coalition are the Maendeleo Chap Chap of the former machakos governor Alfred mutual and PAA.
According to the party registry, they have not received any confirmation that the parties have left the Azimio coalition to Kenya kwanza and as far as they are concerned, one perty cannot belong to two coalition at once.
