Lovetvnews Nigeria reports that Nigerian music executive, Samuel Oguachuba, popularly known as Samklef has revealed a progress report on the substantial crowdfunding effort for son of Mohbad, Liam, which has now surpassed 32 million naira.
Recall that Mohbad passed away on 12th of September, 2023, leaving behind his wife, Wunmi, and their 5-month-old son.
As of Monday, 18th of September, 2023, Nigerians have raised over 15 million naira to assist the singer’s wife and five-month-old son, Liam.
However, Samklef gave an update on the total sum raised as of Tuesday, 19th of September, via his official X (formerly known as Twitter) page which he revealed to be at N32,744,900.
He wrote; “So far we have raised! N32,744,900 so far for mohbad son! God bless everyone contributing there is the deputy governor of Lagos state @drobafemihamzat paying last respects for imole!mohbad”.
