Taiwo Oyekan Organises 30-Day Ramadan Feast For Lagos Residents
The Deputy Leader Of Lagos Island Local Government Legislative Arm,
Hon. TAIWO OYEKAN Organises a 30-Day Ramadan Iftar Feeding Programme for Residents Across Isale-Eko, Olowogbowo and Okoo Faji Communities.
The Community Food Bank Initiative would run through the
First Day of Ramadan 1446AH till the 30th Day.
According to the Business Mogul cum Council Legislator, the Social Welfare scheme became necessary to reach out to Muslim Faithful and indigent residents in the Premier Local Government Area.
Hon. Oyekan stated further: “The Ramadan Feast is part of my oversight functions conceived to complement the Renewed Hope Agenda of President Bola Tinubu.
“In addition, to foster Community bond and express gratitude to Almighty Allah for sparing our lives till the Ramadan 1446AH”.
“Ramadan Mubarak To All Muslim Brothers And Sisters Across Lagos Island Local Government Area And Beyond”, He concluded.
