The statement stated further that NAGAFF regretted the action of Senator Kwankwaso, who has allowed himself to be deceived by Mr. Olayoku for tampering and changing the flag, and logo and mutilitating the party’s constitution in an illegal convention.
“We hope that Senator Kwankwaso’s lawyers should be able to tell him the legal implications” He added.
He further described the action as “outright stealing and conversion”
Mr. Enelama stated further “We the members of NAGAFF and on behalf of our founder, Dr Aniebonam, the original owners of the NNPParty whose certificate of registration is in our custody hereby direct Senator Kwankwaso to sack Mr. Dipo Olayoku with immediate effect for anti-party activities and gross misconduct.
Board Trustees Chairman stated that a federal high court ruling according to one of his lawyers in Abuja had described the matter as an internal crisis, then a family affair, which the court has the power to adjudicate on and resolve in line with the party’s constitution.
He also issued a warning and reminded Senator Kwankwaso and the party’s National Working Committee to know that the majority of the members of NAGAFF are the same set of people on the board of the party during the party’s registration with INEC in 2002.
The statement faulted the presence of Mr. Olayoku in the party and prevailed on both SenatorKwankwasoo and Buba Galadima to understand that peace talk among the parties won’t be possible until the matter is adjudicated and resolved by the Supreme given the present circumstances.
He thanked NAGAFF President, Chief TOCHUKWU EZISI, for his financial support on legal services.
He also appreciated the former Governor of Kano State, Senator Kwankwaso, for adding value to the growth of the party within the political space in Nigeria.

He advised Gov. Abbah Kabir to showcase good governance in Nigeria and stop dealing with unemployed characters, who he claimed are causing chaos for their interest.
